Delivery

Our delivery process is designed to be cost-effective, with all orders despatched by Royal Mail.  Under certain circumstances, such as Royal Mail strikes, then another courier will be used for shipping. (Please be aware that during peak times such as bank holidays or strikes, delays may occur with Royal Mail due to factors beyond our control. We have been advised to account for potential delays during these times ranging from 3-10 working days with Royal Mail).

We usually despatch orders on the same or next working day, depending on the time of your purchase. However, please allow 1-3 working days for processing, as each item is handmade from start to finish. The shipping option refers to the courier's delivery time and does not include our processing time to create and prepare your order.

The postage costs per item are as follows:  (Please note that combined postage will be applied on multiple orders)

Working days are Mon-Friday.  Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included.

Please Note : The timescale for the shipping is after our processing times listed above, so if you choose Tracked 24 for example, we will aim to dispatch  within 1-3 working days and it would then be the 24 hours for Royal Mail once they have it from us, not from when the order is placed.

Important Information Regarding Shipping Addresses:

Please make sure to double check your address before placing any orders.

Kindly take note of the following:  In the event that an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided when placing your order and subsequently results in the courier's inability to effect delivery, the courier will retain the parcel for a maximum of 18 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued to you, which covers the product costs but excludes the initial shipping fees and any return fees from the courier that we may incur.
